As a wellness coach with expertise in naturopathic nutrition and disordered eating, I can support you to:

As a French-Italian foodie with a background in chef work, I know the importance (and the joy) of good food. You can rest assured that I won't recommend you switch your comfort foods for iceberg lettuce or cucumber salad. There is no point forcing yourself to eat meals you don't enjoy. The secret to a healthy relationship with food is choosing meals that satisfy you, based on your tastes and preferences, and how much time you want to spend in the kitchen (not much!).
