Somatic-based, Compassionate Inquiry-informed Health and Life Coaching

You don't have to know exactly what's wrong to seek help. Maybe you feel a bit lost, overwhelmed, burnt-out, out of sync, not yourself. Maybe you've spent too long in habits that no longer serve you. You know you something needs to change, but you don't know where to begin.

 

​I work with people who are holding too much and have lost their way, offering a space that is calm, grounded, and judgement-free – a space to gently explore what's going on.​

 

My approach draws from holistic coaching methods and somatic-based Compassionate Inquiry, supporting people to see themselves clearly through the fog of self-imposed expectations and social pressures.
